Vestar Development recently announced the opening of Phase I of the 1.1 million square foot Queen Creek Marketplace at the southwest corner of Rittenhouse and Ellsworth Loop Roads, here in Queen Creek.  Phase I will include Super Target, BevMo, Tilly's, Kohl's, Ross, OfficeMax, PetSmart, Sports Chalet, Old Navy, Circuit City, Shoe Pavilion, Famous Footwear and Cost Plus World Market.  Phase I is scheduled to open in early 2008.
